Skull Wreath

Welcome the Halloween Season with this spooky skull wreath with tulle. A Simple DIY using tulle cut into 9" strips, pull it through a loop into itself around a round wreath form (we repurposed an embroidery hoop) to create a frilly edge, then hot glue on Skulls purchased from a craft store. Scary Easy!
