Trick or Treat Bags

A DIY NO SEW PROJECT! Cute Halloween Ball Fringe Trick or Treat bags will be loved by those special little costumed visitors. Purchased 9"x12" pieces of felt, cut in half, some extra for faces. Halloween Ball Fringe is glued at bottom inside of back piece. When dried, glue face fabric ontop of back piece at bottom and 2 sides. Then cut a piece of tape for handle and glue ends at each side of bag. Easy Peazy! Filling them up with some healthy treats will make moms and dads happy too.
